Mission Statement

The Office of the Registrar is the keeper of your academic records. The Office updates and maintains the accuracy of your courses and grades, semester and cumulative indices, withdrawals and personal information.

The Office of the Registrar is committed to serving the College community by designing and implementing applications which facilitate student’s registration, class offerings, and room assignments. We are committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our students’ records, and are guided by the principles of fairness, good stewardship, and a commitment to excellence.

Upcoming Events and Announcements

We look forward to celebrating the hard work of the Class of ’24 this spring! If your Degree was awarded in Fall '23, Winter '24, Spring '24 or Summer '24, you are eligible to participate on the May 30th, 2024 ceremony. For more information on the Commencement Ceremony, click here.

Lehman College students have until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15th, to withdraw from a course for the Spring ’24 semester and receive a “W” instead of a traditional letter grade. Please check out the Withdrawal Decision Tool to help you make the decision about whether you should withdraw.

If you have not already submitted the 24-25 FAFSA® Application | Federal Student Aid, you must do so in order for your TAP application to be processed. If you have a question about the FAFSA or TAP application process or you’re having difficulty completing your applications, HESC can help. HESC offers a wide range of virtual events that can connect you with the information to navigate the financial aid process.
