Audiology Center

The Audiology Center, part of the Speech and Hearing Center, is located in the Speech and Theatre Building in Room 140. The Audiology Center is under the supervision of Dr. Christine Rota-Donahue.

The Audiology Center includes two large sound attenuated rooms for the assessment of hearing in children and adults. The Lehman Audiology Center houses behavioral audiometric test instrumentation, acoustic immittance measurement instrumentation and oto-acoustic emission measurement instrumentation. All services are provided under the direct supervision of Audiologists licensed by the New York State Department of Education and certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

During their clinical practicum, graduate students perform hearing screenings on campus, under the supervision of a licensed and ASHA-certified Audiologist.
