Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries, it will take at least 12 Business Days, for us to reply back. Please remember to include your full name, EMPLID number and provide as much detail as possible so that we can resolve your questions with one response. You can also call us at (718) 960-8545. To Submit Any 2020-21 Financial Aid Related Documents:
Students can now securely upload documents that are required by colleges in the Offices of Financial Aid, the Registrar and Student Health Services. This feature allows students to select the desired document classification, and then provides a menu of document types for the classification selected. Files can be sent as PDFs, Microsoft Office files and photos of documents (JPEGs). Upon submission, document files are stored in a FileNet Student Documents Repository and viewable by designated administrators in the relevant college and Central Office departments. For instructions on how to utilize the new Document Upload feature, click here, or watch this short video.
Once uploaded, please allow up to 21 business days for processing. In addition, please check your Lehman email for any updates, additional documents, etc that may be required to finalize your Financial Aid. Once we have finalzied the review of your documents, we will clear all documents requested, which will stop the communications you are receiving to submit these documents.

CREDIT / NO CREDIT POLICY and Impact on Satisfactory Academic Progress and Financial Aid
Your eligibility for financial aid could be impacted by electing the Credit/No Credit option, this includes federal aid, N.Y. State aid and private scholarships. If you are receiving Federal Aid (Pell and/or Federal student loans). Every student may be impacted differently due to Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements. The federal CARES Act allows for a College to exclude any attempted credits that you did not complete from the spring 2020 semester SAP calculation for COVID-19 related reasons. You will not need to submit an appeal for the exception. However, even with this exclusion, you may still not meet SAP requirements. If you are receiving New York State (TAP) aid, and the College certifies you as being impacted by COVID-19, you will not suffer negative consequences regarding your current or future awards. You will be required to submit the CUNY COVID-19 Financial Aid Documentation form to Lehman to support your circumstance. The form can be found here.
