Nutrition & Fitness

Busy college students often find themselves with too little time to maintain a nutritious diet and fitness program. The good news is that it's never too late to eat healthy meals and start an exercise routine. Every month during the academic year, the Student Health Center offers twenty-minute consultations with a Registered Dietician. The APEX has a fitness facility and the trainers there are always happy to show students how to use the equipment.
