Emotional Health
We often overlook our emotional health when worrying about physical health issues, such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Our physical health depends on our emotional well-being, and busy college students often push emotional concerns aside to focus on school, work, and other responsibilities. Lehman has a Counseling Center that is geared toward providing free one-on-one and group counseling sessions for students. If you would like to learn more about their services, call 718-960-8761.
