Kimberly Kendall

Kimberly Kendall, MBA, is Associate Dean of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) at Lehman College, City University of New York. A recognized leader in adult education, workforce development, and economic mobility, she brings more than 20 years of experience designing innovative pathways that connect education, employment, and community advancement. At CUNY, Kimberly has pioneered scalable education and workforce development initiatives that connect adult learners to degree attainment, industry-recognized credentials, and family-sustaining careers while strengthening the talent pipeline for New York employers. 

Kimberly is widely recognized for building strategic partnerships among higher education institutions, employers, labor organizations, and community stakeholders to create economic mobility. Her accomplishments include leading a $2 million Career Pathway partnership with 1199SEIU, developing innovative experiential learning programs with employers, such as The New Jewish Home  and Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and. She is also a business faculty member and was a founding faculty member of Goldman Sachs' nationally recognized 10,000 Small Businesses program. Kimberly earned her MBA through Fordham University's Deming Scholars Honors Program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Dickinson College. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Fordham Road Business Improvement District and is a former board member of the Continuing Education Association of New York. As a Bronx resident, she remains deeply committed to expanding educational opportunities, strengthening local talent pipelines, and advancing economic prosperity throughout the borough.
