Dr. Hsien-Tseng (Elvin) Wang is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at the Department of Economics and Business at Lehman College. He obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Graduate Center, City University of New York. Dr. Wang's research interests are in temporal extensions to Resource Description Framework—the foundation of the Semantic Web, and recently he focuses on business analytics and modeling augmented by the Semantic web technology. Prior to joining the department as a full-time faculty, Dr. Wang has served on adjunct faculties at Lehman College and Baruch College where he taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Information Systems, Databases, Spreadsheet Modeling, and Statistics.
