Biography
Pablo has an extensive background in public policies and services, with experience in both Mexico and the United States. He earned his BA in International Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in 2009, after which he worked at the Secretariat of Public Education (Secretaría de Educación Pública), focusing on the promotion and expansion of cultural and artistic programs.
Pablo completed an MA in Law and Diplomacy at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Massachusetts in 2014 with a focus on Latin American migration to the United States. He subsequently worked at the Consulate General of Mexico in New York, providing high-quality services and expanding educational programs for migrants in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut).
From December 2018 to November 2020, Pablo served as the Coordinator of the Educational Opportunities Initiative at the Mexican Studies Institute. He rejoined the MSI in November 2024 as the Communications Coordinator. Pablo aims to continue providing relevant education information to all NYC migrants.
Currently, Pablo is also pursuing a Master’s in Divinity at the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University.
