Mikhail Kaler

Mikhail (Mike) Kaler has served as founding Director of ACE (Accelerate, Complete, and Engage) at Lehman College since May 2019. Prior to joining the Enrollment Management leadership team, Mike spent three years working with both first-year and transfer populations in the Office of Academic Advisement and the SYI (Sophomore Year Initiative) program. Before joining Lehman, Mike also served as both counselor and assistant director in the PACT program at Mercy College, where he led a number of student success and retention initiatives. Mike holds a B.A. degree with a double major in International Studies and Spanish from Ramapo College, as well as an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in Management from Mercy College.
