CUNYfirst is Unavailable
CUNYfirst will be unavailable from 7 pm, Saturday, May 21, through 7 pm, Sunday, May 22. The purpose of the downtime is to allow for regularly scheduled monthly maintenance. Maintenance schedules may be found on the CUNYfirst login page under "Announcements."

CUNYfirst MyInfo Update
A Financial Aid Summary view as been added to CUNYfirst Myinfo. A new app for iOS devices will be available for download from the Apple Store by the start of the spring semester. The MyInfo iOS app will include campus maps, online textbook searches and the abililty to add reminders 15 minutes ahead of scheduled classes. New ePermit Procedures
Effective Winter 2016, the submission process for an ePermit request will no longer be done through the CUNY Portal. The new ePermit process will be done through CUNYfirst in Self-Service. Access to submit an ePermit request will be available when enrollment for the Winter 2016 session begins.
This new process will be more efficient, allowing students to enroll seamlessly for courses throughout CUNY. This new functionality will allow students to select a course(s) and find the equivalent course(s) at other CUNY institutions based on established CUNYfirst Transfer Rules.
As a reminder, an ePermit does not automatically register a student for a course at the Host College and being issued an ePermit does not guarantee enrollment at the Host College. Once you have enrolled at the Host College, cancellation of an ePermit does not delete your course registration.

CUNYfirst Information now on MyInfo and Lehman Connect
CUNY has developed a new tool, CUNYfirst MyInfo for students, faculty and staff, to provide key “read-only” semester information. Lehman has also enhanced Lehman Connect to provide similar CUNYfirst information to Lehman students and faculty. Both of these facilities are independent of CUNYfirst and are important resources if CUNYfirst is slow or unavailable.
CUNYfirst MyInfo is available from the CUNY Portal Login Page, from the CUNYfirst Login Page, from Blackboard, and directly at http://myinfo.cuny.edu. Use your CUNY Portal (or Blackboard) username and password to login to MyInfo. Students can view their personal schedules, grades, textbook requirements and biographical information; instructors have access to their teaching schedules and class rosters; administrators can view student information, and instructor schedules and rosters. CUNYfirst Information on Lehman Connect
Students and faculty also have access to CUNYfirst information on Lehman Connect portal. Students can view their class schedules and grades for the current and past semesters. Instructors also have access to a new CUNYfirst lookup-only application, the “Faculty Class Schedule,” on Lehman Connect. It includes teaching schedules and rosters. You may reach Lehman Connect through the Login tab at the top of the Lehman College home page.
Please test your access to CUNYfirst MyInfo and Student Connect to become familiar with the available information. Remember, however, that the information is read-only, meaning that changes cannot be made through MyInfo or Lehman Connect. There is also a time delay in CUNYfirst MyInfo and Student Connect updates. The CUNYfirst system will have the most current information.

CUNY Alert Changes
All CUNY faculty and staff with current CUNYfirst accounts will be automatically enrolled in CUNY Alert. Everyone will still have the option to enroll for phone alerts (work, home, mobile, etc.) and text message (SMS) alerts.Research Foundation (and other auxiliary payroll unit) employees who do not have CUNYfirst accounts will sign up for CUNY Alert as guests.
Management of all CUNY Alert accounts will be done within the CUNYfirst system. Faculty, staff, and students will sign into the system and manage their preferences to receive emergency information.
A Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Tax Levy Requisitions and Receipts is now available on Lehman Connect. Staff and faculty should login with their Lehman username and password. Select Division of Administration and Finance under Portal Links on Home tab. You will find the reference document under the Procurement Documents tab. The document is in PDF format and may be viewed with Adobe Acrobat. You will need to save the document on your computer before you can open it. You may also go directly to Procurement area on the Portal by selecting the following link: https://connect.lehman.edu/administration-finance/home/Procurement%20Documents/Forms/Allitems.aspx.
Update: Your Financial Aid on CUNYfirst
CUNYfirst now allows you to see more and do more with Financial Aid awards. You can:
View Self-Service pages for Financial Aid award packages
View `To Do List' which provide information on required documents to submit to the Financial Aid Office to complete the award process
Accept, decline and reduce awards such as Perkins Loan, Direct Loan, Federal Work Study
Access Links to complete Federal Direct Loan counseling requirements (entrance and exit)
Find applications to submit requests for Direct Loans, Perkins Loan, Aid for Part-time Study (APTS) and summer Federal Work Study

Several areas are already operational in CUNYfirst at Lehman, such as the Human Resources Self-Service segment, which allows faculty and staff to view and check personal information online and Campus Solutions which allows students to enroll in classes, making online payments, view academic and financial information on demand as well as allow faculty to enter grades online, and perform other transactions.
