Doctor of Organizational Leadership, Development & Change
Student Spotlight | Michal Tapia
“I chose the Lehman College Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership program because it aligns with my values and my commitment to leadership that drives meaningful impact. As a first-generation doctoral student and a Latina professional, I was drawn to Lehman’s dedication to serving a diverse community of learners and leaders who are passionate about making a difference.
The program’s asynchronous format and flexibility has helped me to balance my career, family, and doctoral studies.
I’m incredibly grateful for the faculty and staff who foster such a supportive learning environment. This program is creating new pathways for growth, both in my career and personal development. It’s equipping me with the skills to lead with confidence, connect with others in impactful ways, and step into roles where I can shape workplace culture and build stronger, more connected teams.”
