Hasan Chowdhury
Senior Academic Advisor
Hasan graduated from Lehman in Spring 2016 with a BS in Computer Information Systems and was offered a full-time position at the Office of Academic Advising. His passion for student services grew, leading him to work as a Student Services Coordinator with the Adult Degree Program before becoming an Academic Advisor in January 2018. During this time, he also pursued and completed his MS in Business Administration from Lehman College (Spring 2017 – Spring 2020).
In February 2023, he took on a new challenge as a Transfer Credit Evaluator at the New York City College of Technology. However, his deep connection to Lehman College and its students brought him back a year later to serve as a Senior Academic Advisor with the Adult Degree Program. His diverse experiences across various offices at Lehman and the relationships he has built over the years help him guide and support ADP students in achieving their educational goals. He firmly believes that with perseverance, anyone can earn their bachelor’s degree at Lehman College.
