The Best Medicine

The great hug

This is a sculpture of a Mom hugging her child. It's in the lobby of my hospital, and that's a great place for it. It reminds everybody that there is NOTHING better than a hug, no matter how old you are, to make you feel better. Hugs are better than a bazillion pills, and they're great things to get even when you don't feel bad. I think that all the hugs I got in the hospital helped my medicine work the way it was supposed to.
