Biography

Juan Luna is the Director of Enrollment Communications and Technology at Lehman College, where he oversees a team dedicated to leveraging technology and data-driven strategies to enhance student engagement, enrollment, and success from recruitment through graduation. Since joining Lehman in 2013, he has expanded communication services, implemented innovative enrollment technologies, and played a key role in student retention efforts. Prior to coming to Lehman, Juan worked for 13 years at LaGuardia Community College where he supported Enrollment Management initiatives. Juan holds an M.S. in Business Management and Leadership from CUNY School of Professional Studies, a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Lehman College, and an A.A.S. in Computer Programming and Systems from LaGuardia Community College.
