Lehman Honors Black History, Black Trailblazers, and Black Culture

Lehman College is celebrating Black History Month with a series of thought-provoking readings, talks, performances, and discussions centered around Black literature, culture, and music. Profiles in Excellence: A Celebration of Dance

The exhibit explores the long history of Black dance in the U.S. and Black dance troupes, from the nation's earliest days through current trends in American dance.

Join the Urban Male Leadership Program for its sixth annual awards and scholarship campaign recognizing Black and Women’s History Months. Your support will enable UMLP to expand its services for students to include merit and needs-based scholarships, textbook vouchers, COVID-19 relief grants, graduate and professional school exam testing preparation, mentorship, leadership development, and training opportunities.
