  • Presenting a Summer Learning Project to children from a shelter and getting news coverage for it
  • Presenting an Educational Workshop to children from Montefiore Hospital and presenting them with tablets
  • Having taught STEM to over 150 students from grades K-5 over a summer

I’ve been on a few trips to Mines, Mountains, and Parks to observe rocks and minerals.

Overall assessment of how Lehman’s EEGS Program prepared you for your current life

I am able to tutor students and prepare them for the Earth Science regents and overall I have a greater understanding of the environment and regard for it.

The department has some very dedicated and passionate professors with relevant years of experience to share.

What else have you been up to?

I’m planning an event for Earth Day 2015 to raise awareness of the environment. Hopefully at Lehman College.
