Lightning Basketball Coaches Announce Summer Camp Dates

Bronx, NY- Lehman College women's basketball coach Eric Harrison, and men's basketball coach Steve Schulman announce the 7th Annual Eric Harrison & Steve Schulman Basketball Camps at Lehman College. The two weekly sessions will begin on July 30th thru August 3rd, with session two being held from August 6th-August 10th on the campus of Lehman College in the lovely APEX athletic facilities.

This year's camp sessions are geared toward boys and girls ages 7-18, with skills being emphasized from beginners to the experienced players. The camp fee is $175 for the weekly session, with a discount being applied for a two week sign-up. The Harrison/Schulman camp is unique in the fact that it combines boys and girls basketball together to emphasize all aspects of basketball.

Fundamentals are emphasized during the weekly sessions, with campers competing on teams, and learning from some of the premiere coaches in the metropolitan area. "Our camp is devoted to teaching the fundamentals of basketball," said coach Harrison, the three-time CUNY conference coach of the year. "After working with our collegiate players all year, we look forward to working with the youth and teaching them skills that will help them get to the collegiate level."
