DEFINITION: A Guest is defined as a person 
who is not a member of The APEX. The "Guest" 
must be associated with and supervised by the 
"Member" at all times. Guest fees are 
payable upon entering the Center. Guest 
Fee, $5.00 per person per use. Refunds of 
Guest Fees are not permitted. Rain checks 
will be issued.  

Rules & Regulations Regarding Guests 

1. Any validated member of The APEX is permitted 
   one guest per day only. 
2. Guests must arrive with, be supervised by, and 
   leave The APEX with the member.    
3. Members who bring more guests than they are 
   permitted may not get other members    
   from within The APEX to meet their guest quota. 
4. All guests must fill out a guest pass application 
   and sign a waiver upon paying a guest fee for use 
   of The APEX.
