In Roberto Clemente State Park two large feet stand just at the edge of the Harlem River. Surrounded by frolicking Lilliputian figures engaged in a variety of activities, the feet seem to belong to some fallen giant. This cast bronze sculpture with its playful narrative is the work of Tom Otterness whose whimsical inventions depict society.
