Museum of Subjectivity

868 Park Avenue

All of Baltimore is covered with tiny pockets of subjective experience and history, one overlapping another. We invite the citizens of thisa city to identify their own places of value, wherever they may find them.

The Brexton, former flop-house and home to hippies, derelicts, artists, the elderly-retired, and the down and out, has been boarded up for almost a decade. It is, however, full of the personal experiences and memories of many individuals.

A Museum of Subjectivity is, of course, another name for a traditional art museum, subjectivity being the traditional terrain of artists.
