Kim Santoiemma - Assistant Director, Championships
Kim Santoiemma was added to CUNYAC staff in August of 2002. She is the first recipient of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division
III Ethnic Minority and Women’s Internship Grant Program. Kim assists in producing the weekly conference releases as well as assisting in the coordination
of the 23 CUNYAC championships held throughout the year. Santoiemma is no stranger to the CUNYAC office having graduated from Lehman College
in May 2002 with a B.A. in English with a specialization in Creative Writing and a minor in Secondary Education.
She recently became the Senior Women’s
Administrator and head women’s softball coach for Lehman College where she was a captain and four-year starter for the Lightning. Santoiemma also
wrote for the Lehman College newspaper as an undergraduate, where she was responsible for covering all collegiate athletic events on campus. Kim
currently lives in the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx. |
