Player of The Week - Cynthia Cabrera,Hunter Fr. / P / Bronx, NY

Cabrera pitched a complete game four-hitter with four strikeouts in Hunter's win over CSI and won the decisive game two in relief by allowing just three hits. She also batted .500 for the week with 3 RBIs in the CSI series that clinched the regular season title for the Hawks, including a monster home run. The rookie (Walton HS) improved to 11-8 on the season.

Pitcher of The Week - Julie Lowe, Staten Island Fr. / P / Staten Island, NY

The rookie pitcher went 2-1 for the week, sporting a one-hitter against York and earning a complete game win over Mt. St. Mary. She amassed 13 Ks for the week. Lowe (Port Richmond HS) also scored the game-winning run in the latter game after leading off with a triple. She batted .333 with four RBIs and three triples.

Rookie of The Week - Nathalie Laureano, Baruch Fr. / 2B / Queens, NY

Laureano paced the Stateswomen to a 9- 7 conference mark and 10 wins overall after their latest win over Brooklyn. The rookie second baseman went 4-5 in that contest with two home runs, four runs scored and four runs batted in. For the year she is batting .454 with 20 RBIs and 21 runs scored.
