Player of The Week

MEITAL BEN-TOVIM, HUNTER SR / OH / Galill /Hod-Hasharon, Israel

The senior hit for a tremendous .350 percentage in Hunterís 2-2 week. The outside hitter averaged 3.62 kills per game and also added 12 blocks, 12 digs, and six aces on the week. In the conference victory against Medgar Evers, the native of Hod-Hasharon, Israel compiled 12 kills (.390 hitting percentage) and recorded four blocks. She was even more efficient against New Jersey City, hitting .420 with19 kills.

Rookie of The Week

PATRYCJA DRUKARCZYK JOHN JAY FR / OH / Riverhead / Tomaszow, Maz., Poland

The Poland native enjoyed a solid week for the Bloodhounds, averaging 2.73 kills, 2.18 digs, and 0.82 service aces over three matches. The freshman was terrific against Ramapo, compiling 19 kills, nine aces and 15 digs in John Jayís thrilling, five-game victory on Friday. The outside hitter is now averaging 2.91 kpg. this year.
