ITA 205: Italian for General Reading Purposes.
3 hours, 3 credits. (Closed to ITA majors.) Extensive reading of varied Italian texts of graded difficulty. This concentrated one-semester course is for students outside the ITA major who wish to gain the first elements of a general reading knowledge of the language. Discussions in English. Note: ITA 205 is designed particularly for prospective graduate students in any field.
