CHE 136: Elements of Chemistry.
5 hours (3, lecture; 2, lab), 4 credits. (For nonscience majors.) A survey of the concepts of inorganic and organic chemistry and of biochemistry designed to enable the student to better understand science and its contribution to human culture. NOTE: No student may receive credit for both CHE 136 and CHE 114. A student may receive credit for only one of the following: CHE 104 and 106, 114, 136, and 166.
