STAR Roles & Dynamics
The STAR consists of five roles, which interact with the five dynamics of goals, process, communication, time, and resources. STAR Coaches, with the assistance and guidance of their STAR Mentors implement the STAR in their work with students and instructors throughout the term, learning and refining strategies and facilitation skills to improve the quality and consistency of Review Sessions and peer modeling.
