Faculty Development

As part of our Title V grant activities, mobile carts with student laptops, wireless projectors, and instructor tablets were purchased for the use of students and faculty in grant-targeted courses. These laptops have enabled instructors to work with interactive online textbook sites, to enhance mathematics skills practice, and to begin to integrate laboratory specific software into laboratory courses. Lab equipment has also been purchased to update laboratory resources as part of the College's effort to improve services for students in the field of science.

Marketing and Media

Our office has also purchased audio and video equipment to promote both effective communication and training. Student leaders produce materials to both facilitate the development of learning competencies and to advertise review sessions.
