The Conference schedule includes an array of different workshops with topics ranging from Leadership Identity to Time Management and Achieving Wellness as Leaders. The Keynote Speaker is Dr. Jillian Kenzie.

Engaging Urban Commuter Students in LeadershipDr. Kinzie has served as the Associate Director at the Indiana University Center for Postsecondary Research since 2002. She joined the Center to manage the Documenting Effective Educational Practice (DEEP) project, a research initiative to discover how institutions with higher than predicted graduation rates and student engagement scores achieve their notable levels of effectiveness. DEEP is an outgrowth of the institutional improvement and educational effectiveness emphasis of the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). She enjoys working with institutions interested in using NSSE results, institutional data, and other information about student learning to inform campus planning, shape the development of learning communities, and assess effectiveness.
