Women’s Health -Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1-6pm. (starting February 5, 2013)

Pelvic and breast exams : Free
Regular Pap smear: $14*
Thin Prep® Pap smear: $29*
Gonorrhea & Chlamydia culture: $49*
Herpes testing: $102*
Syphilis blood test: $4*
**Appointments need to be made in person since a $5 deposit and a validated ID are required.
*Most insurance plans are accepted by the outside lab.

Immunizations & Tests
Before you can register, the 'Medical Requirements' form covering immunization for measles, mumps, rubella and meningitis is required by New York State Public Health Law.
