When and how often should I meet with my Career Advisor?
You should meet with your Career Advisor at least twice a semester beginning in your freshman year. Your career advisor can provide you with a number of valuable and beneficial resources that can enhance your learning experience at Lehman and prepare you for success in your chosen field.
What can I expect on my first visit to the Career Services office?
A friendly receptionist will greet and inquire about the purpose of your visit. The receptionist will schedule an appointment for you to meet with Nicole McFarlane and help you register with College Central Network (Career Services online database). College Central Network is a student on-line career management tool where students can review current job opportunities, internships, volunteer opportunities, post resumes, RSVP for workshops and events and much more!
