Michele Sandone, Registered Dietitian at the Student Health Center will send you a daily email to support you through the challenge.

  Why limit your salt intake?

  • Decrease your risk of developing high blood pressure (hypertension).
  • Lower your blood pressure if you are hypertensive.
  • Decrease your risk for conditions associated with hypertension, like heart attack and stroke.
  • Feel less bloated.

The challenge begins February 27th and runs through March 25th.
