Community Band to Give Free Concert June 28

The Lehman College Community Band will give a free concert entitled "Summer Pops" on Sunday, June 28, at 2 p.m. The performance will be held in the outdoor Lehman Amphitheatre, or in the Lovinger Theatre in case of rain or excessive heat. This performance is open to both the campus community and the public.

Led by Professor Alan Hollander, the band will perform a variety of pops, Broadway favorites, marches, and other arrangements for symphonic wind band by George Gershwin, Percy Grainger, John Philip Sousa, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Cole Porter, and others.
