Featuring Schubert's Mass in A Flat Major, the program will be directed by Music Professor Diana Mittler-Battipaglia. Accompanied by the Lehman Symphony Orchestra, the 157-member chorus will perform a medley from Gershwin's Porgy and Bess, shorter works from Lauridsen, Thompson, Gershwin, and Wilhousky, and Dvorak's Slavonic Dance in E Minor. Members of the chorus include Lehman students, alumni, faculty, and staff, as well as a broad selection of residents from many communities in the Bronx and the greater New York area.
