MTV-U Interviews Track Star Amy Ruston

Runner Amy Ruston is interviewed by MTV-U VJ Maria Sansone.

MTV-U dropped by the APEX on Thursday, March 24 to interview track star Amy Ruston. VJ Maria Sansone asked Amy about balancing her demanding athletic schedule with her academic responsibilities. The interview will air all this week in conjunction with MTV-U's regular weekly sports feature (see air dates below).

Last November, Amy took first place in the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championship, qualifying the sophomore for the NCAA Championships. She finished first in the CUNY Athletic Conference Cross Country's Championships last October, hitting a record time of 19:00, which beat the CUNY record of 20:27.
