The Francophone Association of CUNY (FRACUNY)
Présentation
Fondée en 1993, FRACUNY (The Francophone Association
of CUNY) est une association de professeurs, étudiants et représentants
de pays divers vivant dans la région de CUNY et ayant en commun
la langue française. FRACUNY est une association apolitique et sans
but lucratif qui existe pour promouvoir l'intérêt et l'étude
de la littérature, de l'histoire, de la culture et des réalités
du monde francophone. Nous organisons à New York de nombreuses rencontres
avec des écrivains, des artistes et des personnes qui pensent, animons
des colloques, conférences et d'autres manifestations culturelles
et essayons de centraliser nos études, nos recherches et de la documentation
pour la communauté surtout universitaire de la région newyorkaise.
