The Department of Latin American, Latino and Puerto Rican Studies offers courses designed to meet the needs of: (1) qualified students who wish to take individual courses, (2) students who seek graduate credit in the field of Latin American and Puerto Rican Studies, and (3) those who are teachers in bilingual programs (Spanish-English) and wish to study the history and culture of Latin America and Puerto Rico.
