GEP 605: Special Topics in Geographic Information Systems.
6 hours (2, lecture; 4, lab), 4 credits. May be re-elected when topic changes, for a maximum of 8 credits. Use of Geographic Information Systems for conducting research and spatial analyses in the natural and social sciences. The advanced use of computer mapping and spatial analysis technologies for studying the physical and human components of the earth's environment. PREREQ: GEP 505 or Departmental permission.
