Russian Art - Русская живопись

The history of Russian Art is well represented in a rich variety of Web sites. One of the best is "Russian Painting" (click here) which presents works from the earliest times - icons and lubok - up to the present. This magnificent site, created by Alexander Boguslawsky and hosted at Rollins College, offers both samples of the best Russian paintings as well as explanitory texts and historical summaries.
