This map was created by Janet Norquist-Gonzalez (Lehman College Graduate GISc Certificate Program) using the NYCMaps of New York City from the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT). The map is part of a NYC Parks Department Project called "The Bronx River Alliance." Our group organizes activities in which participants work to improve the quality of the Bronx River and make it accessible to people by means of Greenways bike and pedestrian paths.
