Community Partnership for Public Health (CPP) establishes long-term campus/community collaborations to strengthen the capacity of Community-Based Organizations to achieve health equity for the populations served. In addition to providing a resource for sustainable change within communities, the collaboration contributes to the preparation of the next generation of public health professionals to address the needs of diverse and underserved populations in community settings.
