Wednesday, February 6 at 11 a.m. ** (proposal deadline – Thursday, February 1 – to be reviewed for March 6 Senate meeting)

Wednesday, March 6 at 11 a.m. ** (proposal deadline – Thursday, February 28 – to be reviewed for April 3 Senate meeting)

Wednesday, April 3 at 11 a.m. ** (proposal deadline – Thursday, March 21 – to be reviewed for May 1 Senate meeting) (This is the last meeting to have Senate approval for material before the end of the spring 2013 semester.)

Wednesday, May 1 at 11 a.m. (if necessary) ** (proposal deadline – Thursday, April 25 – to be reviewed for September 2013 Senate meeting)

** Deadline date for Deans’ Offices to send graduate proposals to Adrianne Traylor in the Office of the Provost, to ensure adequate time for graduate studies committee to review proposals.

All meetings will be held in Carman, B33A unless otherwise notified.
