Lehman College: College Now Summer Arts Academy 2011

Hello my name is Francesca Gomez. I'm Sixteen years young. I was raised around a variety of personalities that influenced my love for Cosmetics and Cooking. My stepfather is the person who has influenced me the most when it comes to cooking. I enjoy the combinations of different ingredients in cooking. My kitchen is always filled with different aromas, and strong smells. Cooking is a way I can be in control, I personally love being in control because it gives me a feeling of independence. However, I also have a love for cosmetics for a very long time. My love for cosmetics is combined with my passion of Fashion. When I do makeup it's a way I can express my creativity in eye shadows, and mix colors to show my emotions. I use my creativity in a variety of projects and I think this will help me when it comes to working in the film career.

I am a 17 year old Puerto Rican boy who was born and raised in the Bronx by a single mother of three. This upcoming fall, I will be a senior in the Bronx High School of Science; so far surviving three tedious years and hopefully one more. I have a passion for creative writing and a high interest in psychology as well. My favorite genres of any piece of work are comedy and horror and I have always attempted to put a comedic or horrific twist to any and all pieces of work I was involved in. I like to make people laugh and I love to scare them too. Personally, I love to get scared, especially when it's a really good scare and I end up laughing because of it. That, to me, is the best possible scare.

My name is Jonathan Ferreras. I was born in New York. I live in the Bronx and come from a Spanish background. My interests in life are making music, computing, exercise, hanging out, spending time with my family, learning new information about everything, and I'm starting to like video editing and production.
