Commitment Deposit Fee

Effective for the Spring 2011 semester, CUNY is charging a Commitment Deposit Fee to all transfers, readmits and newly enrolled students.  The Commitment Deposit Fee is a Non-Refundable part of tuition that coincides with the rest of tuition (Regular Tuition).  This deposit is applied toward your tuition when you enroll at Lehman College (this is not an additional fee).

Students who are required to pay the fee will be notified by Undergraduate Admissions/Graduate Admissions via mail.

The Commitment Deposit Fee schedule is as follows

  • $100 for Undergraduates
  • $250 for Graduate Students

The Commitment Deposit Fee cannot be paid online.  Below are the following Payment Options:

  • In Person:  Cash, check or money order in the Bursar’s Office, Shuster 031 during regular business hours.
  • Drop Box:  Check or money order in the drop box. Please do not deposit cash in the drop box. The drop box is located outside the Bursar’s Office, Shuster Hall 031.
  • By Mail:  Make the check or money order payable to Lehman College. Mail the payment to:
