Graduate Documents and Forms
Registered Nurses applying to the Graduate Program who have a 2-year degree in Nursing and a 4-year degree in any other discipline must either take and pass this computerized exam or take NUR 700 in their first semester. A date will be scheduled for the exam to be taken in the Nursing Department Computer Lab. The current exam fee is $35.00 and is subject to change. The exam fee is payable by money order at the time of the exam.
