Independent Study
Instructions to applying for an independent study course:
- Fill out the entire application online (except sponsor and Graduate Adviser's signatures). Do not leave any other fields empty.
- Print the application from the browser's file menu.
- Have your faculty sponsor sign the printed application.
- If you are applying for a graduate course, you must get the Graduate Adviser's signature.
- Submit the application to the Mathematics and Computer Science Department.
